Doric’s Belmont Mortice Sliding Patio Door Lock features contemporary styled aluminium furniture, combined with a thin bodied mortice lock offering a stylish solution to the tightest of door extrusions.
Utilising a sliding security door lockbody with an anti-crash feature, the self latching function is eliminated which itself was undesired in sliding glass patio door applications. This innovation provides the same function as traditional surface mounted sliding patio locks.
A floating cam euro cylinder fits the lockbody and furniture allowing for easy keying and cylinder replacement.
The Belmont DS2275 & DS2285 can be used for sliding patio (glass & alumunium) doors, and sliding security, barrier and screen doors.

FUNCTION
UNLOCKED
When the snib is in the 12 o’clock position and
covering the lock symbol the lockbody is unlocked.
SNIB LOCKED
Ensure the striker is engaged into the lockbody
before rotating the snib 25° so that the lock
symbol is shown.
DEAD LOCKED
With the striker engaged, rotate the key in the
cylinder. The lockbody will be deadlocked and
unable to be unsnibbed.

INSIDE

Locks or unlocks lockbody to striker when striker is
engaged into the lock body (i.e. when door is closed)
