How it works: press the hold button in the beginning then open the door to the required position. The door will stop there. Alternatively, when the door is opened to the required position, depress the hold button the stop the door there.

To close the door, open the door further so that the hold function is released. This is different from our usual experience when operating a door, but it is important to operate the door with DC224 Closer this way.
